Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of kpartshub.com, operated by K Parts Hub ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated · 2026-08-05
Because of this structure, the following can occur.
- Stock figures shown on the site are not the supplier's live inventory. An item may turn out to be unavailable after you order.
- Procurement takes time, so dispatch occurs several business days after the order.
- If an item is unavailable it is cancelled and either never charged or fully refunded.
Accounts are created through Google sign-in only. We never store a password of yours.
You are responsible for keeping your account details current. We are not liable for misdelivery caused by an incorrect address you provided.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store card numbers or other payment credentials.
- Payment uses a two-step authorize-then-capture flow. We authorise at order time and capture only once the part is confirmed available.
- Placing an order is an offer. The contract forms when we confirm availability and notify dispatch.
- Displayed currency follows your language setting (USD for English, KRW for Korean). The charge currency is shown at checkout.
Prices may change without notice as supplier prices and exchange rates move. Where a listing contains an obvious error (for example a misplaced digit) we may cancel the order and refund in full, notifying you promptly.
Destination countries, excluded items and lead times are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy.
You may cancel any time before dispatch. Conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds after dispatch are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy.
Once a part has been fitted it cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns may be refused. Please verify fitment by part number before ordering.
Fitment data shown on the site comes from supplier records and is provided for reference. Part numbers can differ by model year, trim and production date even within the same model. Final verification is your responsibility — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
We build our parts knowledge on content contributed by users — DIY guides, maintenance notes, questions and answers. The following sets out the rights involved.
You keep the copyright
Copyright in the text, photographs and video you post remains yours. We do not take ownership of it.
The licence you grant us
To operate and develop the service, however, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to the content, which we may sublicense to third parties.
- Publishing, reproducing, transmitting and displaying it within the service
- Creating derivative works such as summaries, edits and translations (including English translations of Korean posts)
- Data analysis and AI training or processing, and use of the resulting outputs
- Processing into non-identifying statistics or datasets and providing these to third parties
- Quoting or featuring the content to promote the service
This licence survives the closure of your account, because derivative works already created and datasets already distributed cannot be recalled.
Deleting your posts
- You can delete any of your posts yourself at any time.
- Posts that remain after you leave are re-attributed to an anonymous author, so they are no longer linked to you.
- Deletion may not propagate to statistics or datasets already processed and distributed. Those outputs do not identify individuals.
Your responsibility
- Do not post material you do not hold the rights to. Upload only what you photographed or own.
- Take care that photographs do not reveal number plates, VINs, addresses or other identifying details.
- Repair instructions are provided for reference. Neither we nor the author is liable for damage resulting from following them.
- Content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others may be removed without notice.
- Bulk-harvesting site data by automated means
- Using another person's identity or payment method without authorisation
- Disrupting the service or exploiting vulnerabilities
We are not liable for loss arising from causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays and carrier incidents. Our liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We may amend these terms and will publish the effective date and changes on the site. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute by agreement; failing that, the courts at our place of business shall have jurisdiction.
